This class aims to give you more than just an introduction into cooking Thai food. Located right in Bangkok’s largest market, this class combines cooking lessons and shopping for ingredients like a local. It also dives deeper into local Thai culture where eating (well) plays an unequaled role in the happiness and vitality of Thai people.
Learn about the diversity of local ingredients as well as how dishes can be adapted to work using ingredients from your home country. Get creative during the construction of a ‘seasonal fruit salad’, pound chili to your heart’s content when creating chili paste from scratch, and add your own taste preferences in the Pad Thai Masterclass.
